Q-Ray Return Policy/Satisfaction Guarantee

allows everyone to experience Q-Ray for themselves -

When does the guarantee start?
The 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee begins the day you receive
your bracelet.
Exchange/Returns Information
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales
receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement
of the full purchase price. Unlike other bracelets, you will
know the Q-Ray is working for you within a very short period
of time. Once you feel it working, you will not want to take
it off. From the moment you put the Q-Ray on your wrist it is
attuning itself to your body and will work best only for you
from that point forward. If you decide not to keep the Q-Ray,
simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the
purchase price. Free shipping does not apply to Q-Ray
Bracelets returned for credit.
There will be a 10% restocking fee
deducted from your refund for our shipping and handling costs.

came in the original packaging

for items lost by your shipper.

Q-Ray makes no representation or warranty written, oral,
express, or implied, including, but limiting the generality of
the foregoing, any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose, other than those set forth
herein. Under no circumstances shall Q-Ray have any liability
for any type of incidental or consequential damages arising
from the use of or defective performance of the product.
(Q-Ray's liability is expressly limited to the replacement of
a defective product).
The warranties provided, the obligations and liabilities of
Q-Ray hereunder, and the rights and remedies of the purchaser
(i) are exclusive and in substitution for, and purchaser
hereby waives, all other warranties, guarantees, obligations,
liabilities rights and remedies, express or implied, arising
by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, course of
dealing or usage of trade, and any obligation or liability of
Q-Ray arising from tort, or for loss of use, revenue, or
profit, or for incidental or consequential damages, and (ii)
shall not be modified except by written agreement.
Massager Return Policy
All massagers
purchased from Valuhealth Products carry a 30 day money back
guarantee if returned within 30 days of delivery in the
original packing materials and with all original owners
manuals.
Other Products Return Policy
All Consumable items like
Biofreeze
and nutritional supplements carry a full 30-day money back
guarantee provided they are returned unused and in a sealed
