Q-Link 90 Day Unconditional Return Policy/Satisfaction Guarantee
We want everyone to experience the benefits of Q-Link and a 90 day satisfaction guarantee for all Q-Link Pendants allows everyone to experience Q-Link - risk-free!
The 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee begins the day you receive your Q-Link.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales
receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. If you decide not to keep the
Q-Link, simply return it within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Free shipping does not apply to Q-Links returned for credit.
There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund for our shipping and handling costs.
Q-Link Return Instructions:
Email sales@valuhealth2000.com for a return authorization number
Fill out the enclosed return form that came in the original packaging
Send back all materials in their original packaging.
Be sure to Return the Original Invoice.
Please make a copy of this invoice for your records.
For your safety - ship the package back to ValuHealth Products using a trackable method. We cannot be responsible for items lost by your shipper.
Please return within the 90 day Guarantee period.
